In construction every project is unique and is put together with tried and true practices by contractors skilled in that particular scope of work. Estimating is one of the most important skills because it comes before almost everything in the construction process.

Our Process

Download all Plans, Specifications, Narrative and Photos.
Carefully and thoroughly read and inspect documents.
Do a quantity take off survey.
Upload data to estimating software with our database of past project unit pricing as well as using other pricing tools like RS Means.
Have a third party estimator check the documents and figures to find any errors and omissions.
Present completed take off and estimate to client.
Offer any value engineering suggestions with estimate.
Sit in on any pre construction meetings with the architect and client where necessarry.
